With our busy summer in full swing I decided to scour Pinterest in search of some easy snacks we could make and take on the go. After trying a few recipes I found one the whole family LOVES!
Enter my No Bake Energy Bites!!
Super easy to make and no baking required! Just toss the ingredients in a bowl, mix, roll into little balls, and put in the fridge to set.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup oatmeal (dry uncooked)
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla
